I grew up in and around the vineyards of Napa Valley  though my business career began in marketing. Persistence and success expanded my responsibilities and accomplishments across operations, sales, finance, executive leadership, and culture. Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for technology—taking a detour to scale up a startup and later contributing at a global software company. Today, I believe the strongest companies are built on a clear vision, an empowered culture, disciplined use of data, and a competitive drive to win—while staying grounded in authenticity.
